Rho Psi Omega Chapter!
The nearly 200 members of the Radiant,
Resplendent Rho Psi Omega Chapter welcome you and are
excited you have landed on our site.
For the past 24 years, we have carried on the goals and
objectives of our illustrious sisterhood, leaving an
indelible mark on the landscape of the Charlotte
Community. Through tutoring, mentoring, education,
financial contributions, and advocacy, the Rho Psi Omega
Chapter has and continues to take on issues that matter
to girls and women, and to the broader community at
large. Though
many in our communities continue to suffer from the
lingering effects of the economic downturn, wet remain
dedicated to the increasing our service and
contributions to the people and organizations we serve.
A quick review of our history will reveal that it was
during the most challenging times that Alpha Kappa Alpha
Sorority, Incorporated made its greatest impact. The Rho
Psi Omega Chapter is focused on carrying out our program
initiatives by leveraging our collective creativity,
will, and effort; just as our Founders demonstrated when
they purposed to improve the plight of college girls and
women. Our Program Initiative, Global Leadership
through Timeless Service, defines our strategic
direction toward meeting the needs of others, locally
and globally. Please take time to visit our

Members looking to connect with a chapter in the

Team AKA - Rho Psi Omega has a goal of 25 walkers and raising $1,908.
Proceeds benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Visit the MS Walk website to register and/or make a donation.
Chapter meetings are only open to members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Meetings start at 3:00 pm at Double Oaks Outreach Family Resource Center, 1326 Prince Hall Ave, Charlotte. Unless otherwise noted, the attire is business. Refer to the Chapter Membership section for more details.
