Congratulations to the
2010 - 2011 Debutantes

The RPO, Inc., Debutante Cotillion and
Scholarship Program hosted in partnership with the Alpha
Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Rho Psi Omega chapter, is
focused on providing young ladies in the Charlotte community
with the tools necessary to be productive leaders locally
and globally. Through their participation in workshops and
activities throughout the season the Debutantes learn the
value of community service, fund raising, public speaking,
technology, financial and physical health, and social and
professional etiquette. The Debutantes participate in
cultural events and learn formal and cultural dances.
Additionally, each Debutante has the opportunity to earn a
college scholarship.
The program extends for seven to eight months beginning in
August and culminating in an elegant formal ball where the
Debutantes are presented to society.
The Debutante Cotillion and Scholarship Program is a
unique experience where the participants form lasting bonds
and friendships with their fellow Debutantes, parents,
families and community.
